Dispute Resolution and Grievance Management System in an Organization

Some people complain about the workplace and the environment in which they work. But in some rare cases, grievances occur in the mind of employees which need to be addressed more openly. It is essential to have a grievance management system so that the employees feel that their problems are heard and solved.

The various procedures in the Grievance management system should not be threatening but be open-minded. If the grievances of the employees are not met effectively they will feel reserved and may leave the job or file a complaint about the company. making the grievance management system more accessible is the best to resolve issues with the employees effectively.

The second most important thing regarding grievance management system is the timely response. The delay between reporting and responding to the grievances submitted by the employees is crucial in many situations. Employees need to be informed about where the grievances should be submitted and how the problem will be handled and how soon the solution will be found out. Creation of a timeline about when the grievance was reported and when was it handled will be helpful in solving future issues.

The final thing to be noted about the Grievance management system is the compliance with laws under which the company is working. All laws need to be referred while addressing the grievances. How different people are affected by the laws need to be checked while making reports to the CEO of the company.
